These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Supreme Pizza & Seafood - Exeter's Website, and our student subscription service located at https://supremepizzaexeter.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Supreme Pizza Exeter if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

By subscribing to Supreme Pizza of Exeter's monthly subscription plan, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Subscription Fee: The subscription fee is $299 per month, allowing the subscriber to receive up to $20 worth of food daily, including the applicable NH meals tax.

2. Subscription Period: The subscription is valid for one month from the date of purchase. It will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below.

3. Auto-Renewal: By subscribing, the customer understands that they will be automatically charged $299 each month until the subscription is canceled.

4. Personal Use of Credentials and Discount Codes: Credentials and discount codes provided to subscribers are for personal use only. Sharing these credentials or discount codes with anyone else is considered a breach of terms and will result in immediate termination of the subscription without a refund.

5. Single Daily Use of Discount Codes: Discount codes are limited to one use per day. If a discount code is used multiple times within a single day, the subscriber will be liable for any duplicate discounts applied and will be required to pay the balance for the additional discounts received.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next renewal date to allow sufficient time for processing.

• Late cancellation requests will result in the subscription renewing for another month, and the subscriber will continue to be charged for that month.

7. Refund Policy

• Any subscription that has already been utilized (i.e., where the subscriber has received the benefit of free food for the current month) will not be eligible for a refund.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.

8. Non-Refundable Subscription: Once a subscriber has used the service in any given month, the subscription fee for that month is non-refundable, even if canceled mid-month.

9. Responsibility for Late Cancellations: Supreme Pizza of Exeter is not responsible for cancellations submitted late or for any charges incurred due to late cancellation requests.

10. Modification of Terms: Supreme Pizza of Exeter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the subscription plan at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Subscription Activation:

• Once the subscription is purchased, the customer understands that activation may take up to 48 hours to process.

• Upon successful processing, the subscriber will receive an email with their password and instructions on how to place their orders.
